This policy governs refunds and cancellations for Amira’s digital services: GBP Turbo-Setup, NAP Cleanup & Citations, Menu & Schema Pro, Photo & Posts Engine, Reviews Flywheel, and Analytics & UTM Hub (collectively, the “Services”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, as well as our general Terms of Service and the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
1. Service format and “delivery”
We provide digital deliverables only: files, templates, copy, instructions, QR assets, dashboards and reports, plus configuration work inside third-party accounts based on your granted access.
Delivery is considered complete upon any of the following events:
- Uploading materials to a cloud folder/account with notice to you;
- Granting access to a dashboard or settings (GBP/analytics/listings);
- Sending the finished files via the agreed communication channel.
Physical returns do not apply.
2. Cancellation before work starts
If you request a cancellation before actual work begins (before a brief, timeline, and access/assets are confirmed), we refund your payment minus non-refundable payment-processor fees. Work start is confirmed in writing (messages/tasks).
3. Cancellation after start and before first delivery
If you cancel after work has started but before the first delivery, a partial refund may be issued proportionally to the unperformed stages, based on the agreed work plan. Completed work and prepared materials (research, strategy, drafts, layouts, markup, UTM schemes, etc.) are non-refundable.
4. After delivery of materials/access
After we deliver the first package of materials or provide access to the dashboard/settings, refunds are not available. Instead, we will fix technical defects (typos, broken links, export/format errors) within 14 calendar days from delivery at no extra charge.
5. Revisions and scope boundaries
Your fee includes reasonable revisions aligned with the brief (tone/style edits, copy tweaks, sorting, image replacements within the agreed templates) for 14 calendar days after delivery.
Not included (billable extras): new sections/menus, expanded lists, template redesign, remapping/remarkup beyond the agreed scope, custom integrations, and non-standard reports.
6. Third-party platforms and results
We follow platform rules (e.g., Google), but we do not guarantee verification outcomes, rankings/positions, image/post moderation, indexing speed, dish card display in search, the content/frequency of customer reviews, or third-party service uptime.
If rejection/blocks occur due to platform decisions or client-provided data (address/category, proofs, content policies), no refund is due. We will provide guidance and one resubmission/repair attempt where platform rules permit.
7. Access and client involvement
If within 30 days of our request you do not provide required access/data/approvals and the project cannot proceed, we may pause/close the engagement. The advance allocated to already scheduled time/stages is non-refundable; the project can be reactivated later under then-current terms.
8. Duplicates and erroneous payments
- Duplicate payment for the same Service will be fully refunded.
- Erroneous charges attributable to the payment provider will be returned to the original payment method once confirmed by the provider.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback—we’ll promptly provide delivery logs and propose a resolution (fixes, credit toward other Services). During an unjustified chargeback, work is suspended until the payment processor resolves the dispute.
10. Exchange for credit (Store Credit)
By mutual agreement, we may issue store credit for the unused portion of a project (e.g., apply it to another Service in our lineup) where a direct refund is not available under the sections above.
11. Refund processing times
Approved refunds are processed within up to 10 business days. Posting times depend on your bank/payment provider.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, process, or platform-rule changes. The date above shows the latest revision. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
